Where are you based?

We’re based in Brockley, SE4, and provide services across surrounding South East London boroughs including Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark, Greenwich, Croydon and Bromley.

What services do you provide?

We offer social dog walks, doggy daycare and cosy home stays; all designed around safety, structure and lots of tail-wagging fun.

Do you offer 1-to-1 dog walks?

We don’t. Brockley Paws focuses on small group walks so dogs can socialise, build confidence and enjoy bigger adventures together.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?

Yes! Collection and drop-off is available for doggy daycare for an additional fee. You’ll find all the details on our booking page.

Which areas do you cover?

We primarily work across South East London, including Brockley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Southwark, Croydon and Bromley. Coverage may vary depending on availability.

Do dogs need to be neutered or spayed?

Yes, for safety reasons and to avoid unwanted breeding or conflict within groups, all dogs must be neutered or spayed.

Are you insured?

Absolutely! We’re fully insured so you can relax knowing your dog’s in safe hands.

How do you ensure dogs are safe on walks and at daycare?

We carefully manage group sizes, match dogs by temperament and energy levels, and always supervise play closely.

Will my dog get water and treats?

Absolutely! Fresh water is always provided, along with owner-approved treats during walks and stays.

Do you provide updates during home stays?

Yes! We regularly send photos and videos so you can see how your furry best friend is getting on.

Do you offer monthly packages or subscriptions?

We do! Monthly daycare subscriptions are available — full details are on the booking page.

What should my dog bring for daycare or home stays?

Food, medication (if needed), bedding or a favourite toy — anything that helps them feel right at home.

Do you take puppies?

Puppies may be accepted depending on age, vaccinations and temperament. Please get in touch to discuss your dog’s needs.

What happens if I need to cancel?
